Over the past several weeks, Xtend, Inc., the Grand Rapids, Michigan-based multi-owned cooperative CUSO, participated in a series of annual events hosted by its CUSO partners in the cuasterisk.com network. The initial event was hosted by eDOC Innovations in mid-May for both owners and clients. That event was followed in June by two Annual Leadership Conferences that were hosted by data processing CUSOs CU*Answers and CU*Northwest. Collectively the events were attended by more than three-hundred-fifty industry professionals.

Xtend President Scott Collins said, “Our CUSO is blessed to have such a vibrant network of credit union-owned partners, and the May-June timeframe is when we traditionally host our annual leadership events to celebrate the power of ownership and cooperative business models. We are both customers and service providers to eDOC Innovations, CU*Answers, and CU*Northwest, so helping make each of their annual events a success is a major goal each year. Each has an exciting story to tell about their cooperative value proposition and the collective investments being made to help credit unions survive and thrive.”

Collins concluded, “This year’s events in Grand Rapids, MI (eDOC and CU*Answers) and Spokane, WA (CU*Northwest) were the largest ever, and Xtend was proud to be a participant in each.”
