Xtend Data Analytics launches new marketing support services

Xtend Data Analytics launched new products in August focusing on supporting credit union marketing, management, and data analysis teams.

Custom Marketing Analysis is a flexible study of marketing effectiveness. The credit union chooses every detail of the study before it is performed by Xtend Data Analytics. This can include studying the impact of a recent marketing promotion throughout different areas of a credit union’s membership, reviewing the behavior of a specific product or service over time, and so much more.

Email Performance Analysis helps credit unions gain deeper insight into the HTML emails sent by Xtend Communications on their behalf. For many of Xtend’s clients, this data is out of reach and difficult to use. This study will help credit unions understand the performance of their emails by topic, subject line, and send day. It also includes a peer comparison.
