Xtend Data Analytics is relaunching their Losing the Love program in February 2023 with two existing Losing the Love clients, and one new client. Losing the Love is a program that focuses on improving member retention and engagement, with a total of 10 topics that focus on a variety of behaviors including self-service usage, sub-account closure rates, card usage, and more. Xtend harnesses the power of data to reach out to disengaged members through HTML emails and surveys, allowing credit unions to recapture the love of their members before they are gone.
Clients wanting to join Losing the Love or currently using the program can enjoy newly enhanced audiences, with eight of the ten tracked behaviors recently having been changed. These new audiences include more detailed data, more targeted audiences, and dive deeper into member behaviors.
