Xtend Data Analytics Announces Data Hygiene Scorecard

Xtend Data Analytics launched the announcement of their new product, the Data Hygiene Scorecard, on October 30, 2024. With more than ten credit unions already participating in the first week, the new scorecard product is proving to be helpful for the network as its members face changes to both the online and mobile banking log-in processes.

The Data Hygiene Scorecard helps credit unions understand how out of date their members’ contact information is, and includes network statistics to allow for peer comparison. This specific scorecard also contains high-level information detailing suspended product configurations, letting credit unions know where they have some additional clean up to do with their product portfolios. Every scorecard always includes at least two recommended action items, prompting credit unions to know how to act on the information they’ve received and strategic ways to improve their data.
