Xtend is happy to announce a new service consisting of out-of-network clients, MemberClose. The MemberClose ticketing system is a robust service that will help provide missing or much needed information when applying for or processing a mortgage loan. The service allows questions to be asked regarding appraisals, BPOs, collateral point, closing costs, AVMs (automated value model), and more. The CUSO’s agents will research the request and provide the best answer, report, or request for additional information as needed. “The MemberClose service and team have been an amazing and educative addition to the Xtend organization,” said Quality Control Coordinator Kimberley Rawl.
