Xtend Communications launched a new banner management service for Member Reach clients on January 10th. Xtend has been looking into providing a service to replace eInfo after it was discontinued due to the It’s Me 247 online banking update. Banner management provides clients with the ability to reach their members through their It’s Me 247 banner, while giving them the option for custom banners.
Xtend Member Reach clients will have two options to either provide their own custom content or choose generic content provided by Xtend to be uploaded on the fifth business day of the month to their It’s Me 247 banner location for no additional cost.
If clients would like a more custom banner, Xtend will be providing 16 pre-built banners, which have a variety of customization available for the discounted fee of $35 for each template.
“The Member Reach program exists to help credit unions manage their workload and the addition of our banner management service is no different,” said Aaron Hawkes, Xtend assistant manager of communications.
