The Xtend Communications Team is set to make another record year in running campaigns on behalf of credit unions, hosting more campaigns this year than any other. Not only is Xtend on track to launch more campaigns than years past, but the Communications team has also offered a wider variety of campaign solutions than ever before. Between continuing another successful year of its RevGen campaign program and hosting one-off custom campaigns, Xtend also partnered with other departments at partner CU*Answers to launch 1-Click Credit Card campaigns and assist credit unions with their announcements for the new It’s Me 247 Online Banking. This additional work has resulted in Xtend Communications launching over 130 campaigns in the 2021 calendar year to date.
Xtend Campaigns encompass a variety of marketing channels including HTML emails, online banking messages, and phone calls, reaching out to targeted audiences based on parameters chosen by the credit union. Topics can range from promotional rates on loans to awareness of savings products and self-services. Clients have the option to purchase up to six campaigns in one year as a bundled package through the RevGen campaign program, which has brought in over $10 million dollars in booked loans so far this year.
