Xtend automations propel team forward

Xtend has achieved a 98% reduction in processing time for one of their most time-intensive audits: reviewing Member Reach email templates for 90 credit unions. Under the improved, automated processes, Xtend has been able to verify an increase of 443% templates each month.

Previously, Xtend’s Communications team would manually check four templates per credit union, totaling 360 templates for 90 participating credit unions. This labor-intensive process would usually take them up to 15 days (or a total of 30 hours) per month. Due to the significant process improvements Xtend has made with this audit, they are now able to check all 1,957 templates monthly – a job that would have taken them 163 hours to complete and now only takes two.
