Xtend added two new members to their management team recently. The CUSO announced Jason Conrad has been made the new manager of the Contact Center department, and Garrett Gardener, as the assistant manager to the department.

The CUSO has seen growth year over year in their contact center services since the company launched the department in 2007, now serving over 70 credit unions across the country. Xtend clients span multiple times zones, and utilize the contact center for both direct, over-flow and afterhours support.
