Xtend Announces New Campaign to Help Communicate MFA

In light of the CU*Answers Fall update that included a major security upgrade of Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Xtend’s Communication Team has created a campaign to help credit unions communicate the change to their members.

When credit unions decide to turn on the feature, they should expect an influx of members reaching out for assistance or reasoning for the change. The campaign is designed to not only bring awareness to members for when MFA is being turned on but, also remind them why it is important to have.

“Communicating multi-factor authentication with your members is a key aspect of seamless member experience,” said Zac Chaltry, AVP of Contact Center at Xtend. “If they are unable to access their online banking with little to no notification, they will be turning to the credit union for assistance, which can impact multiple member service channels.”

For more information or to order the MFA Campaign, visit the Campaign store page on the Xtend website or contact the communication team directly by email at Communications@xtendcu.com.
