Xtend, a West Michigan based cooperative CUSO, has announced that it will be hosting its first ever contact center roundtable. The September 18th event is open to credit union contact center professionals around the country. Participants will discuss and share trends, challenges and best practices. The event will be held at Xtend’s headquarters in Grand Rapids, MI.
