Union Pacific Streamliner Federal Credit Union, based in Omaha, Nebraska, converted to CU*BASE in August. Union Pacific Streamliner has one location and a membership base of 3,700. Xtend assisted their membership through the conversion process and since then has integrated into many aspects of the member experience with continued Branch XT and WebChat support. Xtend’s Contact Center Manager Jason Conrad added: “We are excited to be working with Union Pacific Credit Union. With this new partnership we are able to provide new support options and extended hours of service that were previously not available to their membership.”
