A free, 3-part educational series of classes was offered on February 22nd by CU*Answers, a 100% credit union-owned cooperative CUSO, to train its credit union-owners on the Report Builder (Query) toolset within its CU*BASE core processing platform. Asterisk Intelligence, a team of data analysts at CU*Answers, led the trainings.
The series of educational courses on Report Builder cover a range of data mining tools as well as a review of best practices and strategies for working with computer-stored data. Asterisk Intelligence will be teaching the introductory session again on March 7th, which already has over forty participants registered to attend. They will also be holding a two-day on-site session on March 14th and 15th to teach the full set of course material with additional in-person support as part of their Asterisk Intelligence Week event.
