Toledo Police Federal Credit Union (TPFCU), based in Toledo, OH, has expanded its electronic document imaging process. TPFCU was initially using eDOC’s statements and reports products as part of an on-site solution. The credit union has since moved to eDOC’s Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) environment and recently began utilizing electronic forms, receipts, and eSign.
Ryan Hieber, CEO of Toledo Police FCU, elaborated on the choice to expand. “We moved to eDOC’s SaaS environment last year with plans to add more offerings from there. This year, we had multiple local hardware failures and took the opportunity to upgrade both our hardware and software capabilities. This led us to move to eDOC’s eForms and eReceipts solutions. In addition to upgrading our hardware, we have now enhanced the way we serve our members and can offer them eReceipts and eSignatures.”
“Ryan and I initially met last year to discuss long-term plans for the credit union,” said Tim Wright, AVP of Sales at eDOC. “They were looking to improve their document management process, enhance their retention policies, and solve long-term storage problems. Whenever we begin this process, we look for ways to provide solutions that enhance the member experience and make life easier for the credit union staff. Now more than ever, it is imperative that credit unions embrace the technology around them, especially with so much uncertainty surrounding the pandemic. Toledo Police FCU will now be positioned to better serve their members regardless of the situation.”
