Second day of CU*Answers’ sales meeting focuses on core sales

On day two of its annual Strategic Sales Planning meeting last week, CU*Answers, the Grand Rapids, Michigan-based cooperative CUSO, focused on its growing core data processing business. In attendance were two dozen team members from many of the CUSOs that make up cuasterisk.com network.

Scott Collins, EVP of National Sales and Marketplace Relationships for CU*Answers commented: “Last week we wrapped up our annual two-day sales planning meetings with a focus on the continued growth of and investment in our core data processing business. This was our ninth such event, and it was great to have so many of our business partners participate this year. We have multiple goals for the event, including: ensuring that our proposals to prospects reflect the integrity of our cooperative, ensuring that we are stewards of our customer-owners’ investments in the cooperative, brainstorming on better ways to drive awareness of our unique value proposition and investing in each other’s success. We believe that this year’s meeting did an effective job focusing on each of these areas.”

“We wrapped up the day with presentations by each of the strategic partner CUSOs that joined us for the two days, which helped provide insight into their growing businesses,” Collins concluded. “We are already looking forward to next year’s event since it coincides with our 50th anniversary celebration.”

CU*Answers will host its 10th Annual Strategic Sales Planning event August 4-5, 2020 in Grand Rapids.
