The CU*Answers remote data capture (RDC) program has achieved unprecedented success, with over ninety percent of clients having implemented the offering. This has been a collaborative effort between the Check21, IRSC, and OpsEngine teams at CU*Answers and eDOC Innovations, LLC.
“We first rolled out this program in 2014 and have developed its capabilities continually since then,” says Jeff Miller, OpsEngine Business Development Manager. “We are launching an attractive marketing arrangement shortly and will continue to pursue more disruptive pricing strategies through the upcoming year.” OpsEngine intends to assist clients with taking advantage of these offerings as part of their member service strategy. “Remote service has become an expectation,” Miller adds, “and we want to make competitive products available in a cost-effective manner as that space continues to grow.”
