Post Community Credit Union Approaches Ten Month Mark on CU*Answers Core Platform

CU*Answers, the West Michigan-based core data processing cooperative, announced Post Community Credit Union (Battle Creek, MI) is approaching the ten month mark on the CUSO’s core platform, CU*BASE®.

The credit union, which converted to CU*Answers mid-January, implemented the CU*BASE SaaS processing solution, which offers a wide variety of member self-service capabilities. Several of these include the It’s Me 247 Online Banking system, e-statements, e-alerts and e-notices, Mobile Web, Mobile Text, CU*Talk Audio Response, and much more. CU*Answers added the client has also implemented its online CU*Spy Vault archival solution, which includes e-receipts, Photo ID capture, various loan and membership forms as part of its electronic document management strategy.

CU*Answers said Post Community Credit Union represents approximately 8,500 members and $86 million in assets.
