CU*Answers, the 100% credit union-owned, cooperative CUSO, launched a website in 2012 for credit unions around the country to assist in the development of required policies. The site was original seeded by actually paying credit unions to deposit 10 policies. Currently with 250 active users, the site contains 140 policies consisting of virtually every operational area of the credit union.
