Xtend, Inc., the Grand Rapids, Michigan-based multi-owned cooperative CUSO, celebrated a successful year of campaign management in 2020, and is pleased to see the momentum continue as they march through 2021.
Xtend completed a total of 121 campaigns with outreach expanding to over 660K members through email and 20K outbound calls made; resulting in nearly $20M of booked revenue generated for credit union clients in 2020.
“The onset of the COVID-19 pandemic only strengthened Xtend’s RevGen program as we saw a shift from product-based campaigns to a focus on contact-less delivery of important information and self-service options. This shift proved to increase member awareness and engagement and increased revenue for our credit unions, even with lobbies closed,” said Genevieve Morgan, Xtend Campaign Coordinator.
As Q1 2021 quickly comes to an end, Xtend prides themselves on delivering results through the execution of RevGen campaigns. To date in 2021, Xtend has completed sixteen campaigns, booking $2.2M in revenue for credit unions. They have seven campaigns currently running with sixteen pending launch over the next month.
