In mid-September 2019, the North Central Area Credit Union team was visited by the Earnings Edge and Lender*VP teams from CU*Answers to help them assess their overall operations and to identify pieces of the CU*BASE software suite that may not be currently used by the credit union. This is facilitated through a tune-up offering that is provided by the CU*Answers Management Services team. Two experts from the Earnings Edge and Lender*VP teams spent two days with the North Central Area Credit Union team. Discussion topics ranged from membership onboarding to underwriting procedures. In all cases, the CU*BASE toolkit was reviewed, and configuration changes were made to assist the credit union in better serving their membership.
