Chatter Yak!, the Oshkosh, Wisconsin based CUSO specializing in marketing, social media, website development and branding joined forces with its first equity investor, CU*Answers for a strategic planning session.
CU*Answers, the 100% credit union owned CUSO, headquartered in Grand Rapids, Michigan, hosted the one day session where 14 participants from the two newly partnered companies attended. Jim Vilker, CU*Answers Vice President of Professional Services acilitated the session during which participants discussed strategic goals for the future of Chatter Yak!.

Chatter Yak! exists to level the playing field for credit unions of all sizes, so that each can market their brand like champions and weave social media into the fabric of their organizations’ culture, enabling them to capture the attention of members and the community,” Kevin Ralofsky, Chatter Yak!
