The West Michigan-based cooperative CUSO, CU*Answers recently announced that they are preparing a new Custom Training Edition for Diversified Members Credit Union and Community West Credit Union. A Custom Training Edition is a copy of the credit union’s live data, copied over to a training environment just for their credit union staff. “Our clients have always had access to a generic training environment referred to as Bedrock,” said Laura Welch-Vilker, VP of Client Services and Education, “but now with the CTE, they can train their team members using their specific products, services and processes.” The credit unions will bring the current user count to nineteen.
