CU*Answers, the West-Michigan based cooperative CUSO, recently announced that they are preparing a new CU*BASE^® Custom Training Edition for San Antonio Citizens Federal Credit Union. A Custom Training Edition is a copy of the credit union’s live data, copied over to a training environment just for their credit union staff. Laura Welch-Vilker, VP of Client Services and Education, said: “Our clients have always had access to a generic training environment referred to as Bedrock, but now with the CTE, they can train their team members using their specific products, services and processes. With 16 clients on-board already, we are excited to add another.”
