Monthly “Top AnswerBook” email featuring two knowledgebase questions exceeds 300 views in first week

CU*Answers’ monthly “Top AnswerBook Item” email has proved to be an effective format to share timely knowledgebase resources in a question and answer format. Within the first week, the two questions featured in March were viewed over 300 times.

The knowledgebase questions and answers used are written by staff across CU*Answers to share deeper knowledge with clients. This month’s email answered two questions credit unions frequently asked about members’ interaction with CU*Answers It’s Me 247 online banking.

Alycia Meyers, senior technical writer, noted that all the Top AnswerBook emails have been well received. She attributes the emails success to the fact that they are bite size pieces of information in areas that are of high interest to clients.
