Kevin Ritsema adds depth to CU*Answers Client Services roster

West Michigan-based cooperative CUSO CU*Answers is pleased to announce the Client Services and Education Team has added another client services representative to the team, Kevin Ritsema.

Kevin Ritsema is no stranger to customer service. His background in taking calls, researching, and working with a ticketing system has led him to become a valuable addition to the organization. Kevin joined CU*Answers for many reasons, but his main impetus was “the ability to grow within the company and cross-train for other departments.” His passion for success through continuous learning makes him a great fit with the CUSO.
