In January 2013, CU*Answers launched a new offering for clients using the CU*BASE® core system called “Just Turn it On” (JTO). JTO is a micro project management service where by the experts at CU*Answers actually complete a project of implementing a new service or product offering for clients when they simply do not have the bandwidth to complete it themselves. The first set of offerings included programs such as the debit card round-up, abnormal activity monitoring configuration, and refreshing credit scores to name a few.
“During our first year CU*Answers has sold 29 JTO products”, said Marsha Sapino of AuditLink. Jim Vilker VP of Professional Services states, “Our project managers complete every task including training staff, developing policy and disclosure, and assisting in the marketing of the new program”. “This is just another example how our partners express a need and the CUSO collaboratively builds services to meet those needs at very disruptive pricing”. The new fiscal year brings even more JTO products including Mobile text banking and Legacy check orders.
