Cooperative CUSO CU*Answers announced that during February It’s Me 247 Online Banking recorded over 4 million member logins from desktop devices, the highest single month volume in its history. Combined with logins from mobile devices, It’s Me 247 had a record 6.6 million logins during the month.
CU*Answers has accelerated development of its online and mobile banking platform, adding many popular new features and options for credit union clients. In 2015, My Virtual StrongBox integration was added, and then offered to clients for free by the 100% credit union-owned CUSO. In 2016, a free mobile app was offered to credit unions who met eligibility requirements. CU*Answers also recently launched its first bill pay solution fully integrated within online banking, with payment processing by Payveris. It’s Me 247 Bill Pay began rolling out to clients in November of 2015 and has already seen over 100 credit unions sign agreements to make the switch.
