As part of the update to its It’s Me 247 Online Banking platform in January, CU*Answers, the West Michigan-based data processor, has released a series of how-to videos providing credit unions and their members with easy to follow tutorials. Earlier this year, the CUSO released a new look and feel to its popular online banking system and wanted to ensure credit unions would have all the documentation necessary to support members.

Currently, members and non-members alike can watch videos including: an overview of It’s Me 247, logging in for the first time, making a transfer, setting up account nicknames, and subscribing to eAlerts and eNotices. CU*Answers added that it will continue to add new videos and is taking requests from credit unions that receive frequently asked questions.
