Portland, OR-based IBEW & United Workers Federal Credit Union joined the Xtend Branch XT Support client list recently. Branch XT is a primary inbound member service call center solution. This service allows credit unions to extend their member support hours, add service capabilities without adding brick and mortar, and provide effective support for a growing list of electronic services. Participating credit unions can choose to use Branch XT for overflow and after hour calls.
