Growing CUSO Provides Expanding Opportunities for Employees

As CU*NorthWest grows in the marketplace, employees are growing as well – notably the recent promotion of five staff members.  The nine-year-old, 100% credit union owned CUSO has strengthened its management team with the following promotions:

  • Kinsey Hiett, a six-year-veteran of the CUSO, has been promoted to Client Service Manager.
  • Terry Monahan, an eight year employee with more than 20 years of programming experience, has been promoted to Programming Manager.
  • Erik Van Zandt, who has been with the CUSO for over 4 years, was promoted to Network Engineer.
  • Kylie Trout, a 4 year veteran of CU*NorthWest, and former Service and Delivery Manager, has been promoted to Organizational Resource Development Manager.
  • Robert Redd, who was a Call Center Specialist for almost a year, was promoted to a Programmer-in-Training.

CU*NorthWest is excited to see the dedication and hard work of its employees blossom with the company into greater roles and responsibilities.
