As CU*NorthWest grows in the marketplace, employees are growing as well – notably the recent promotion of five staff members.  The nine-year-old, 100% credit union-owned CUSO has strengthened its management team with the following promotions:

• Kinsey Hiett, a six-year-veteran of the CUSO, has been promoted to Client Service Manager;
• Terry Monahan, an eight-year employee with more than 20 years of programming experience, has been promoted to Programming Manager;
• Erik Van Zandt, who has been with the CUSO for over 4 years, was promoted to Network Engineer;
• Kylie Trout, a four-year veteran of CU*NorthWest and former Service and Delivery Manager, has been promoted to Organizational Resource Development Manager;
• And lastly, Robert Redd, who was an Xtend Center Call Specialist for almost a year, was promoted to a Programmer-in-Training.

CU*NorthWest is excited to see the dedication and hard work of its employees blossom with the company into greater roles and responsibilities.
