Great River Federal Credit Union (FCU), headquartered in Saint Cloud, Minnesota, has joined in the ownership of eDOC Innovations. Great River FCU has nearly $200M in assets and serves over 15,000 members in Minnesota.
“It is my pleasure to welcome Great River FCU to the ownership group at eDOC Innovations,” stated Mark Fierro, CEO of eDOC. “In everything we do here, we believe in challenging the status quo of business through our cooperative CUSO business model. We believe in changing the future of business in our industry, innovating with industry thought leaders, and letting credit unions own the future of their digital transactions. The way we challenge the status quo is by providing ownership in our organization, engaging our owners in active conversation, engaging owners and peers in collaborative development projects, and challenging culture, operational processes, and business development ideas. Our business model resonates with each one of us. It is in the fabric of our social history – people helping people in the spirit of cooperation, and nowhere is that spirit more evident than within our industry.”
“We are excited to join the CUSO ownership and look forward to collaborating. eDOC is a VERY big part of how we are modeling our credit union to better serve our members. We’re looking forward to exciting things to come,” added Brant Hicks, President and CEO of Great River FCU.
