CU*Answers, the 100% credit union-owned cooperative CUSO, is giving credit unions the abilitiy to log in to It’s Me 247 Online Banking right from the credit union’s website. Previously, members were taken to an “Online Banking Community” (OBC) page from which they would enter their login credentials.

Scott Collins, EVP said: “We have heard our credit union partners request to have a login option that skips the Online Banking Community page. They want a member experience that makes the transition from CU website to online banking as seamless as possible. With this release CU*Answers will allow our credit unions to easily implement this strategy. Credit unions that are handling the required security education on their websites and don’t need those services from the OBC webpage can now allow members to enter their username, password and security question answer for It’s Me 247 without leaving the credit union website. This new feature is offered free of charge through the cooperative model of our network.”

Members who have already bookmarked the OBC web page will still be able to login from that page. Credit unions should remember to take a look at the security education provided on their website to make sure it will satisfy current requirements.
