The CU*Answers Item Processing team works closely with eDOC to facilitate the implementations of all CheckLogic software, provide software training, monitoring file uploads and ongoing Level I support. eDOC Innovations now offers several clearing house options for check images captured using eDOC’s CheckLogic software. Users of CheckLogic branch, ATM, merchant, or mobile RDC can now choose from Alloya, Associated Bank, Catalyst, CorpOne, FRB, Mid Atlantic or Synergent for the processing of their check image cash letters.

The Item Processing department was initially formed in 1982 for direct deposit services and their first check processing client was signed in 1984. Partnering with eDOC has allowed the Item Processing team to expand their client base and provide their years of check processing experience to support eDOC clients as well.
