eDOC Innovations recently partnered with IPNetVoice, a telecommunications provider located in Colchester Vermont, to offer mobile device management (MDM) to its credit union clients. The solution positioned by IPNetVoice and eDOC Innovations will protect critical software and information on any type of mobile device and allow for the device to be remotely wiped clean from any wireless or land based internet connection.
“eDOC is engaged with our customers in broader levels of mobile enterprise and when combined with bring your own device (BYOD) demands on their business, this partnership is a natural fit,” commented Bret Weekes, President and CEO of eDOC Innovations. “Our eDOCSignature solution for mobile enterprise digital transaction management (mDTM) extends our in-branch signing to mobile devices, creating a need to secure the environment for the credit union.” eDOCSignature’s mDTM platform automates all paper-based business processes from form creation, data indexing, packaging and sending documents for electronic signature and manages the entire lifecycle of the digital transaction in a fully digital electronic environment.
Bill Coates, Vice President of IPNetVoice, comments, “IPNetVoice is honored and pleased to partner with eDOC Innovations. We have spent months vetting the secure, encrypted wireless solution to support the eDOCSignature Mobile Enterprise Digital Transaction Management (mDTM), and can say with confidence, this is best in breed.”
IPNetVoice’s MDM solution typically includes over-the-air distribution of applications, data and configuration settings for all types of mobile devices, including mobile phones, smartphones, tablet computers, laptops, mobile printers, mobile POS devices, etc. By controlling and protecting the data and configuration settings for all mobile devices in the network, MDM can reduce support costs and business risks and optimize the functionality and security of a mobile communications network while minimizing downtime.
IPNetVoice also can offer credit unions all the benefits of Unified Communications (UC) and Wireless Communications (WIFI) that until recently were only available to large enterprises. eDOC Innovations will refer its CUs to IPNetVoice for secure wireless networks and BYOD, with or without the eDOC Signature mDTM solution, to provide the ultimate in protection and peace of mind to their clients.
