Online banking optics data records the features used and actions taken by users of It’s Me 247 Online Banking, a personal banking platform also developed and provided by CU*Answers. The data provides insights into digital habits and preferences of members, effectiveness of marketing and member experience strategies in online banking, and service opportunities in digital banking solutions.
All customers of the CU*BASE core processing system are provided access to basic summaries of the online banking optics data. The expansion to offer an option for full details opens the door for detailed member and digital platform analysis, an option in demand from credit unions who wish to collect and manage the additional data.
