CU*SOUTH and eDOC Plan Education Confab

CU*SOUTH recently announced that in conjunction with eDOC Innovations, it has scheduled a ‘Lunch and Learn’ educational conference for credit union leaders March 10th and 11th.   This free conference will be hosted by City County Credit Union in Fort Lauderdale, FL.

“This is going to be beneficial to Credit Unions because we will have a diverse group of industry professionals to discuss current events, emphasizing education on current trends.  There are many pressing issues that need to be discussed in an open forum, and this kind of cost-free forum is the perfect opportunity to do exactly that,” comments Bret Weekes, President/CEO of eDOC Innovations.
The Lunch-and-Learn will cover topics including social media marketing, increasing lending portfolios during challenging economic environments, working with CUSOs, preparing for a paperless office, prepaid debit card packages, IT compliance and more.

“We’ve put this together because we hear credit unions asking these questions on a very regular basis.  I think it will be an interesting opportunity to share ideas and concepts with credit unions that are looking to grow further in challenging conditions,” comments Mark Bohdanyk, Director of Business Development for CU*SOUTH.
