The Board of Directors of Xtend, Inc., the Grand Rapids, Michigan-based CUSO, announced that it has approved its 71st equal owner – Hastings, Michigan-based Thornapple Valley Community Credit Union (www.tvccu.com; 4,477 members; $17.3M assets). Xtend Board Chairman Steve Searfoss (AAA Federal Credit Union, South Bend, Indiana) announced the newest owner at the company’s 10th Annual Stockholder Meeting at the J.W. Marriott Hotel in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
