CU*NorthWest, a 100% credit union-owned CUSO located in Liberty Lake, WA announced and released to clients the results of its SSAE16 (Statements on Standards of Attestation Engagements) Audit on June 29th of 2012.
The audit was performed by Crowe Horwath LLP a public accounting and consulting firm based in Oak Brook, Illinois and covered the period of July 1, 2011 through December 31, 2011. CU*Northwest views the completion of the SSAE 16 as part of its commitment to excellence and a continuation of an industry best practice.
CU*Northwest has performed regular SSAE16 Audits (previously SAS70 Audits) since its formation in 2005 along with annual third-party financial audits and regular ACH Audits.
