cuasterisk.com Network Partners Identify New Opportunities

CU*Answers, the West Michigan-based cooperative CUSO, is pleased to announce an increase in their on-going initiatives with CU*NorthWest, one of their cuasterisk.com network partners. While they have always worked together to offer client support, internal, and client training, as well as phone support, this year the support and training between the partners has increased.

One week in March and three weeks in April, CU*Answers Client Services and Education Team supported inbound calls and inquiries for CU*Northwest’s clients. “This effort gave our team an opportunity to have more staff on-site for new client conversions, as we continue with cross-training efforts” states Ann Joyce, Vice President of Operations at CU*NorthWest.  “Each year brings new opportunities for collaboration.”
