CU*Answers, the 100% credit union-owned, data processing CUSO, recently saw the CU*Answers Writing Team and Network Services teams collaborate on a project to design several flyers for services currently available from Network Services on the CU*Answers online store.
Sarah Sweet, Client Support and Operations Manager with Network Services, provided information that would be highlighted in these flyers. These details included major features of each service, requirements for onboarding processes, and any associated upfront costs and/or recurring fees. Andrew MacMillan, Communications Coordinator with the Writing Team, then applied this information to the series of flyers, utilizing a similar format and visual style across each document. The aforementioned details were organized in easy-to-read blocks across each of the flyers, allowing readers to quickly locate pertinent information.
In total, eight new flyers were published, which highlighted services including Complete Care Essentials, website filtering, Netwrix Auditor and the virtualization management program, among others. The flyers will be used at future events to help promote these services.
