CU*Answers, the West-Michigan based cooperative CUSO, just finished hosting their third Year End Processing Review Session for 2021. Stephanie Raven Client Services Team Lead said, “We have had over fifty attendees in each session; I feel very confident going into the 2022 tax season that credit unions will be prepared.” The CU*Answers team also participated in a year end test run that simulates how data will be processed during end of year. The test run also includes statement verification.
