CU*Answers, the Grand Rapids, Michigan-based cooperative CUSO, recently completed a busy quarter of trade show participation. During the second quarter of the year, CU*Answers had representatives at fourteen industry events.

“It was great to see so many folks face-to-face again,” said Scott Collins, EVP of National Sales and Marketplace Relationships for the CUSO. “It was an all-hands-on-deck from a sales team standpoint, particularly in the latter part of April, but everyone on my team reported that it was a refreshing return to pre-pandemic event participation. There was definitely a nice buzz at the events that I was able to attend, but still a noticeable level of attention paid for health and safety concerns. Overall, I think each geography did an effective job from an execution standpoint.”

Collins noted that CU*Answers attended events in Michigan, Hawaii, Florida, New Jersey, Wisconsin, Illinois, Ohio, Colorado and several other locations. The team wrapped up with the CU*Answers Annual Leadership Conference in mid-June, which was attended by more than 250 industry leaders.
