As part of its on-going commitment to educating credit unions, CU*Answers, the West Michigan-based CUSO, recently announced that they will be hosting their 2013 Wisconsin Regional Training Event. The CUSO stated that since credit unions may not be able to attend the CU*Answers University Week events in Grand Rapids, Michigan, they have committed to performing regional events in different states throughout the U.S.
The 2013 Wisconsin event provides over twenty Wisconsin credit unions currently using the CU*BASE® core processing platform with the opportunity to interact with Keegan Daniel, Manager of Professional Services. Mr. Daniel will be conducting a variety of classes on October 29th through the 31st, at the Heartland Credit Union corporate office in Madison. A CU*Answers representative stated, “Even though there are webinar opportunities and classes held throughout the year in our Grand Rapids headquarters, these regional training events provide our clients with a unique opportunity to meet with us face-to-face and to discuss questions regarding our software and the industry.” Other regional training events include Ohio, the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, South Dakota, and more sure to come.
CU*Answers added that partner credit unions from neighboring states are also welcome to attend the regional events.
