The CU*Answers Conversions team converted 586 members for Penn-Trafford School Employee’s FCU to the data processor’s CU*BASE^® platform in October. Penn-Trafford School Employee’s FCU, located in Trafford, PA converted from the AMIS platform offered by MY CU Services.

In 2020, MY CU Services, the payment and technology CUSO of Vizo Financial, and CU*Answers launched a strategic partnership to provide technical and operational services to the growing community of credit unions served by the two organizations. Based on this strategic alliance, MY CU Services became the third Group Provider partner of CU*Answers, joining Washington-based CU*Northwest and Alabama-based CU*SOUTH.
