The CU*Answers Conversions team converted 685 members for Fisher Scientific Employees Federal Credit Union to the data processor’s CU*BASE^® platform in November. Fisher Scientific Employees FCU, located in Pittsburgh, PA converted from the AMIS platform offered by MY CU Services.

In 2020, MY CU Services, the payment and technology CUSO of Vizo Financial, and CU*Answers launched a strategic partnership to provide technical and operational services to the growing community of credit unions served by the two organizations. Based on this strategic alliance, MY CU Services became the third Group Provider partner of CU*Answers, joining Washington-based CU*NorthWest and Alabama-based CU*SOUTH.
