CU*Answers, the cooperative core processing CUSO, reported a record number of entries were submitted to their 7th Annual Video Contest. The entries from client credit unions staff totaled 23 for the Best Video Script idea and 10 for the Best 30-second Spot idea. They also report record numbers were received in the Best Completed Video category with 17 video entries. The theme for this year’s contest is “Walking in your Member’s shoes”.
A committee has reviewed the entries, selected winners, and engaged Grand Rapids based Fulvew Productions to professionally script and produce the winning entries. All winning videos, along with an Industry Short scripted by CU*Answers, will be shown on the “big screen” at the CU*Answers Annual Leadership Conference in June.
Winners will each be awarded $1,500.00 for their credit union and a customized version of their video. Each video, as well as past winners and a collection of videos produced by CU*Answers and Fulvew, are posted on www.cuatv.com and available to any credit union to use on their website, lobby monitors, or in some cases, television spots.
