CU*Answers recently reminded its credit union clients to take a look at the way they perform Effective Dating exception handling. During its 2011 CU*BASE Annual Leadership Conference, the West Michigan provider of CU*BASE core data processing services reviewed its top three favorite software enhancements released over the past year.

According to the 100% credit union-owned CUSO, heading its list of top three is Automating Effective Date Processes. The 10.1 Release provided new tools for effective dating of opening memberships and accounts, while the 10.3 release included effective dating for transfers and account adjustments.
