Earlier this year, Grand Rapids-based CUSO CU*Answers announced that it had added DigitalMailer’s My Virtual Strongbox product as an integrated add-on to It’s Me 247 online banking. The integration was added first at the request of Element Federal Credit Union (Charleston, WV) and has since been made available for all CU*Answers clients.

To help credit unions become more familiar with the newly available product, CU*Answers is hosting a free webinar on June 23 and 25 to provide details on what My Virtual StrongBox can add. The product allows members to upload important documents such as wills, trusts, medical records and identification, etc. to their own “virtual strongbox” where they are securely stored and available for retrieval via the Internet. This provides members a great service to protect their important documents from physical peril, while at the same time providing accessibility and security all through a trusted source, their credit union.
