CU*Answers, the 100% credit union-owned, cooperative CUSO based out of Grand Rapids, Michigan, has announced two regional training events in mid-March. The events will take place on March 17th in Alpena, Michigan, and on March 18th in Traverse City, Michigan. The events will focus on helping leaders achieve grasp by utilizing diverse analytics tools built into the CU*BASE® data processing system; “Building the Factory” for projects credit unions can implement at no cost to generate revenue; and a look at upcoming releases and the top 10 lending projects CU*Answers is hard at work to implement.
“This is yet another way we partner with our credit unions; by providing regional training events at no cost to discuss the topics that are most relevant to everyone’s business strategies,” said Geoff Johnson, COO of CU*Answers. “We want all our partners to thrive, and we help create and train the tools that will allow them to do exactly that.”
Johnson added that Michigan is just one of the regional training events the CUSO holds. Other locations include Wisconsin, South Dakota, Iowa, Ohio, and more.
